Hi guys,

So i recently purchased a new rig from PC Specialist and two monitors along with it (from Amazon). The PC only really has DP's to use , but I can't get the PC to recognize them at all. For now i can only use the single DVI port to use on one monitor but i want all three set up and the only real option is through the Displayports. I've spent hours trying to fit this but i'm not getting anywhere. Below is my set up:

Intel® Core™i5 Quad Core Processor i5-4690 (3.5GHz) 6MB Cache

ASUS® Z97-P: ATX, LG1150, USB 3.0, SATA 6GBs

8GB KINGSTON DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz (1 x 8GB)

4GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 970 - 1 DVI, 1 mHDMI, 3 mDP - 3D Vision Ready

2 x BenQ EW2440L LED VA 24-inch Monitor

1 x LG E2251VR 22 inch LED Widescreen Monitor

Thank you

Matt

Are you using mini DP to DVI or HDMI converters for your monitors? I don't think either the BenQ's nor the LG have DP inputs.

Should really just be plug and play - are you saying that if everything is plugged in only one of the monitors is recognised?

The BenQ monitors both came with a DP to HDMI cable which is what i have plugged in. I am currently only able to use the DVI cable to my LG monitor while i try and get all three displays to work.

It's just that the BenQ monitors don't pick up any signal from the DP output :(

Is this a common issue?

Have you made sure the benq monitors are on the right channel? It's possible they won't autoselect as they're using a converter.

Apart from what the guys have already suggested I am afraid I don't have further advice apart from contacting PCS technical support.
