Need help with some question on my new setup

Hi everyone, just got a few questions. i will just list them its much easier

1. What do you think of this setup.
2. Is there a big difference between the the Intel i5 3570 and i7 3770, i will be using this setup for playing games (crysis 3, Guild wars 2, League of Legends, Witcher 2) and streaming on twitch and to be able to record my gameplay and use video editing to upload on youtube.
3. will this run the games listed above on ultra settings?
4. Do i need really need a sound card? ( i will be using the razer kraken headset, im not sure if sound cards effect this) if so can you recomend a sound card?
6.With the Gtx 670 what model is it? i know there are different types like ASUS, Gigabyte, EVGA.
7. Going off topic a little bit, can you have a Sabertooth Z77 with an AMD FX 8350

This will be playing games in ultra for sure. The Asus z77 sabretooth is an intel board, sabretooth do an AMD equivalent called 990FX though.

I've got an almost identical build to what kruppsy has posted and games look and run brilliantly on ultra :)
My 670 is Palit, they usually are.
