I'm not certain, you can probably change the colour of the fan RGB via a button on the case but not sure if you can control it via software 'out of the box'.

The TD500 case in that build has a controller that fans can be connected to in order to change the RGB. This controller can also be connected to the reset button on top panel to cycle through the preset options.

Alternatively, if the motherboard supports ARGB header, you can connect fans to the MB and use the motherboards manufacturer’s software to control. It’s not clear from curry’s spec what motherboard is used though.

So short answer, yes you will be able to control rgb, how depends on how system is put together

By 'cooling fans' I assume you mean the fans on the AIO at the top? If so, they'll be controlled by motherboard RGB software. In this case, it looks like an ASUS Prime motherboard which will use Armoury Crate for RGB control
