Need to RMA but questions first

I contacted PCS via their messaging system and it looks like I have a faulty motherboard so will need to request an RMA. Before I do I have a few questions:

Do I need to send my OS to them? When my SSD failed, I had to reinstall the OS myself, but I also lost the free Microsoft basic version of word/excel etc. If I send my OS disc with the system, can I ask them to get that reinstalled?

Also, If I back up my computer now using the Windows 7 backup service, can I simply use that to get it back to normal or could that cause driver issues (as that may be an extension of the problems I am having on top of the motherboard being faulty).

I assume they will reconfigure my OC settings whilst they are at it also.

Cheers.

I dont see any issues with you taking a backup if this is a motherboard issue youll just want to put it on an external drive just incase the HD gets formatted etc

I didnt have the Windows options with mine but would have thought the office install would have been provided to you in the same way the OS and drivers discs were.
