When I put in the code and click next it dosent go anywhere. They sent a security code to my phone and I put it in, clicked next but nothing happens. And it’s not frozen

I just got my new pc custom built. everything seems to work fine, but im not sure idk how to do benchmarks but the PCS tested it. and when i first turned it on, everything came on including the light up text on the GPU, but then i had to unplug the pc and power it all down, so ive set it up again and the light up text isnt coming on. anyone know what could be the issue? do i need to install drivers?

What do you mean you've set it up again? Once it's setup it's setup. What did you do to set it up again? Did you reset windows or something?
