That 5400 is exceptional. There's just no way that can't be a stand out performer. The only down side I can see is that it needs all round space, but I think most decent cases nowadays do.

The other stuff is pretty cool to look at, with the powerboard being a bit much of a muchness for me..... I can understand the niche though.

Loving the modular rig at the end though, that's pretty cool.

It’s amazing to me how reasonable some of these prices are when you consider the materials.

The glass on the 5400, both bended like that plus just how thick it is plus the fact it’s now laminated, that piece on its own must cost quite a significant part of the price point.

The 4000d Frame IMHO has broken all value metrics, I just don’t know how the hell they managed so much modularity PLUS not scrimping on materials and still offer it at £65

I can only assume they’re going all in now getting a chassis structure that can remain the same for the long term while making a loss and just update and improve the modular sections as we move forwards without affecting tooling costs too much. Much like Lian Li has done with the O11D

I think the main difference has been volume tbh. The sales figures for Corsair are reported to be major market share, I genuinely can't see past them. Lian Li had them beat on visual design a little while back but Corsair have came back with all guns blazing and so are conquering the market again.

It's very unusual to hit function, form AND price. Unheard of to be honest, but Corsair are doing it. Perhaps it is a loss leader, but I think it's more than likely tight margins and volume volume volume.

Anyone buying a cheap case in the £40 region and not choosing the Frame over that is off their head. It's a PC builders dream and you're going to get nothing but positive feedback for a song of a price.

If my PC was on show, I would be absolutely all over that 5400. Ticks every single box for me. I'm not much into the white but that all white build shown off in the vid was absolutely gorgeous.

I've said it before, so I'll say it again...we just need a aquarium case that is big enough and is liquid-proof so that we can fill it with non-conductive fluid and keep the whole thing liquid-cooled without the need for any fans/pumps.

They do exist. The crazy thing is that you still need flow, and flow with water is harder than air (when pump free). I don't think it's possible to have a non mechanical solution, not for anything heavy duty of course.

It wouldn't take anything past a goldfish pump though.

I've wanted to build one for years, a proper one with a real goldfish section, but it's just not feasible to do high end unless you're willing to throw 5090 money at the case alone.

There’s a new Submerged solution from ThermalTake

Only costs about $30 per liter of oil which is substantially less than versions up to this point. It’s a 50L case so roughly around £1100 for the oil alone
