New Delivery Services

We have now introduced two new delivery services. These are still carried out by Yodel but travel on a different network, offer better levels of insurance (for us) and are timed deliveries (pre 10, pre 12):

PCS EXTRA-CARE DIAMOND DELIVERY - MON-FRI, PRE-12PM (£9)
PCS EXTRA-CARE DIAMOND DELIVERY - MON-FRI, PRE-10AM (£15)

For all those who want the best delivery service possible we recommend you select one of these packages.

Tiny little suggestion; Do a PCS EXTRA-CARE DIAMOND DELIVERY - Saturday Pre-10AM. So basically a Saturday Delivery, but with Diamond Extra Care.

The parcels are treated with more priority than a standard next day parcel. The parcels leave the depot on earlier scheduled lorries and are placed at the back, so are first off. They will be on the priority delivery list on the vans and therefore more likely to be delivered than the remaining standard parcels on the van. Basically they parcels are treated like a VIP.

In theory it will be delivered on the same day, but guaranteed to be earlier. However some customers have reported that deliveries have taken longer than 24 hours, so in that case yes.

Re the Mon-Fri service, can we, the customer, choose which day or is it still a random delivery for that week?

And could you add a Saturday pre 12 noon option, please?

we already have a saturday pre 12:30 service.

If you want your pc on a specific day, simply call us after placing you order or when you see it move into testing / awaiting dispatch and we can arrange to send the pc so it is delivered on a specific day.
