Hi all,
not sure how to use forums!! submitted a post earlier but don't think I attached the spec!
anyhow I am after advice for the spec of a new desk top. I don't need a keyboard as I have a Logitech MK300. I also have a wireless mouse a printer and a set of speakers. I also run ESET Smart Security 5.0.95 and have installation disks
I would also like a large monitor (23 or 24 inch) which I can fix to the wall over the desk - the monitor needs to be one which I can also attach my laptop to. My laptop has 3 x usb slots and 1 x VGA connection with cable.
I will use my pc for:
spreadsheets (Excel)
Word docs
powerpoint presentations
basic flight simulator
listening to music/downloading music
watching & downloading videos (You Tube)
simple games e.g. basic car racing, golf etc
I am allowing a budget of up to £600 all in. Is the spec below high enough or too high. Is it worth changing the hard drive to a SSD drive?
