New fan set up

Installed Corsair H60 2013 this weekend went fine my case is Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus Mid tower wanted to change things around odd fan needed to be replaced so my idle temp is 31 c is this about right
Intel® Core™i7 Quad Core Processor i7-960 (3.20GHz) 4.8GTs/8MB Cache
ASUS® P6X58D-E: DDR3, USB 3.0, SATA 6.0GB/s, 3-Way SLI

I also took out the big fan in front of case and replaced that with 2Corsair SP120 as in take then 1 AF120 on top case as out take the H60 is set to out take side panel as a 120 coolmaster fan as intake is there room for improvement here or leave since 31 c did think about putting big fan in front and the 2 fans as push and pull on the h60 but no sure witch way u set the fans.

I wouldn't bother with it, it won't make a significant difference.
