HI all, am looking to get a new gaming machine, was originally looking at AMD, but a few friends of mine have said about an intel

The PC you've put together is adequate for gaming, but if this system is going to be used primarily for gaming you need to select a better graphics card to balance the performance. Aim for a GTX460 or above.

Downgrade from that ASUS Rampage 3, only really an overclocking board. Here is a better spec for the money:
