New Hard Drive Not Appearing

I bought a new Hard Drive, and attempted to install it, but it is not appearing in File Explorer or Disk Management. It is appearing in the BIOS, and it is enabled there, and also appearing in the Device Manager.
So I'm confused as to why it is not appearing. Is there something else I need to change in the BIOS?
The Drive is a SeaGate Barracuda 8TB
