New here laptop gaming question

Hi, im not sure exactly where to post this but im looking to buy a gaming laptop here, have all specs picked out except the graphics card. Unfortunately it needs to be light and mobile enough but im wondering if i should go for the rtx2070 super maxp or the rtx2080 super maxq? Ive tried to look at comparisons but only thing I can find is the 2080 super maxq 90w version which doesnt seem much better and doesnt justify the extra cost already.
