So I missed out on the AMD laptops and looks like they're going to be a long time coming. Been dithering for a bit waiting to see what will come in but think I might just bite the bullet with an Intel one. Was going to go for the i9-11900kf processor which was showing as due in at the beginning of August, but is now showing as due in at the start of September. I also couldn't see what real differences there are between the i7 and i9?
I'll be using it for gaming, but also for 3D image processing from time to time. Going for the RTX 3080 as this has the power to run it and also so it's kinda future proofed.
Any advice appreciated.
