New laptop reveiw cosmos ii

So here it it is...my new laptop from pc specialist...

specs as follows...

and some performance info....

the lowest score is on the desktop graphics as this runs of the intel graphics and not the nvidia graphics

This laptop was to replace my very power hungry gaming pc as i game nowhere near as much as i used to and wanted something a little more portable but if i still fancy a game or two this will still play them with ease, even at high resolution, i can play black ops 2 at max and still get 60-70fps and about 40-60fps on skyrim set to ultra . It also blasts through photoshop with ease as i do a lot of photo/video editing

The quality seems to be very good too, the case is made of plastic but looks like a brushed aluminium on the top side of the case, the keyboard seems pretty good and is well layed out, the mouse pad is very responsive and can be a pain if you type a lot but i disable it and use a mouse anyway so not a problem for me, its a very nice looking laptop with no brand names splashed everywhere (which i prefer)

a piccy of the lid..

Overall, very pleased with this laptop, just as good as my desktop, even better in some areas as this is my first computer with an ssd drive installed, the battery life is about a couple of hours with constant use but with the specs i am quite happy with that

performance...10/10
looks....8/10
build quality...9/10
battery life...7/10

Glad you like it. Bit annoyed you get an Nvidia sticker on yours when i didnt :) ! , although i did get a sticker for Xfi audio (or something like that) for audio hardware/software that i don't have in it.
