New laptop queries

I had another freezing error as mentioned in my last post the other day.
I've contacted PCS the day after asking what to do and they suggested a reinstall of Windows, which I did, but it obviously didn't help.
I've therefore had to start an RMA process

The BSOD Doctor
I just had another type of error, no BSOD this time, just the screen freezing and the laptop restarting after about 10/15 seconds.

Could anyone have a look at this and let me know what the issue is and maybe suggest what I should do? Maybe start and RMA?

Here is the mini dump file https://1drv.ms/u/s!AgDf6DdhVl99gml5NIXKFvyu6HYv?e=dblqxx
There was no memory.dmp file this time.
This dump is identical to the earlier ones (a VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE) with the same driver (nvlddmkm.sys), same dxgkrnl in the stack trace, and there's also a dxgkrnl!ADAPTER_RENDER::Reset+0x174 in the stack trace immediately prior to the bug check.

My money is on a faulty GPU then. An RMA is the best next step I'm afraid. Be sure to point PCS at this thread so they can check the dumps as well.
