Thanks 👍

Would pc specialist include the boxes of all the components in my system?
I like the idea of having the boxes on a shelf in my man cave, I mean office 🙃

Ok thanks for the info.

1 last question that I can think of, the cooler master case recommended, are the RGB fans cooler master also?

They come with the case already, so yes, but im not sure which model. You can check Coolermasters site out for the full details.
Regarding the monitor, I appear to have been overzealous, wide rather than ultrawide so either 3060Ti/6700XT would be a good fit I think, but prices mean more power for less with a 6700XT....unless you need Nvidia for raytracing.

Need to be careful though, from the earlier merged thread your budget keeps growing...

What about having just the 3060 with your current spec suggestion?

A good point on the budget comment. Out of curiosity what spec build would you recommend for a budget of £1200?

Sorry for late Reply, not been online for a few days.

If you don’t want to change your monitor just yet and can stretch your current £1200 budget by £100, this is a great starter build that will give you room to grow...

If you can stretch it by £250, you can swap a 5600X and a CoolerMaster 240 into the above spec and have an absolutely fantastic gaming system. All that’d be slightly lacking is the storage, and that can be added to as time goes on 👍
Can’t see the motherboard in this list on the drop down custom menus. Would that mean it’s sold out? (I have already ordered this btw I changed the cpu to 5600x)

Looking at the specs it looks to be a standard 16:9 aspect ratio meaning the 3060 would handle it at 75hz

For slightly over I’ve managed to squeeze a 5600X in, although it’s well worth it with the increase in performance over 3rd gen. Otherwise it’s all fairly standard. The storage isn’t ideal, although can be easily upgraded down the road!

Thanks, I placed my order last week from a suggestion that agentcooper mentioned.
I was just seeing If the motherboard I selected was still available as it no longer comes up on the configuration menu.

Oh my bad, I was on mobile when I made the post so it must have had me viewing old messages, my bad! And if the mobo is no longer available, I believe PCS will contct you to change it. I know that's happened with one of the choices before.

This recently happened to me - you'll receive an email right away if your mobo is out of stock (before the building phase). Often it's a simple job to add a sub-order. It took me 3 minutes while on the bus to swap out to my second choice.
