New PC for video editing with adobe or davinci would this be ok?

Yes there will be some gaming but not massively. Budget is/was 1.8k all in.

That's not a well balanced system to be honest. It's a little all over the shop. It's very difficult to get something perfect for this budget and this usage, there will need to be compromises so order of importance is required.

I'm not convinced that an i7 is going to cut the mustard here. At this budget I'm almost positive that a 3900X would be a better choice for everything.

Like I had said earlier on in the thread, I've not done this before, however I have not found a benchmark that would suggest I should go for a Ryzen compared to an intel, the rendering time is amazingly boosted with intel compared to ryzen, both systems only using 2400mhz memory.

Oh no, I do understand. It's just difficult to provide guidance that I'm happy to offer without digging a little deeper. Have you got any references for this that I can look at?

Primarily thinking of a 9700K vs a 3900X. I completely agree when it comes to high end HEDTs etc but specifically those chips is what I would be comparing.

If you have a look at the first article, the table... the 3900X smashes the 9700K in the majority of tests and is only beaten on 1.

Intel is often favoured, but only when you get into extreme high end. The HEDT offerings from Intel still beat the AMD offerings. I believe that's software limitation and favouring though..... which is highly likely to change in the coming years due to the current goings on with Intel security issues.

It's obviously up to you, but I would be in favour of a 3900X system with an Nvidia GPU. I would probably opt for the 1660S due to budget constraints though. The 2060 would only be favoured if you were willing to push the budget to allow for it.

As said,

You're going to struggle with your budget and the 2060 at this level. This is what I would recommend with a 1660 Super in play...

You will need to dial the settings down a bit in games to play at 1440p on the 1660S. It gives an idea of the base required for the system though.

As I said.... you cannot mix those components together and expect a particularly good experience.

The case isn't good enough IMO
The motherboard is nowhere near good enough for a Ryzen 3000, you need the 570
You want 3200Mhz RAM.
The stock cooler isn't good enough for that chip
The Wifi is garbage
Etc
etc
etc

I chose the best options with the 3900X in mind, I did it as cheaply as I could and that's the reason I told you it was at the cost of the 2060 but no matter what I say you aren't listening.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy the system and it does what you are after. It's not optimum but it's a good rig

For Adobe I would tend to stick to Nvidia, software tends to play nicer with Nvidia than it does AMD when it comes to GPUs.
