New PC received but advise needed

Just built my new PC received from PC Specialist and have 3 questions:

Case is Coolermaster HAF 912 and ASUS Micro H87 motherboard

1) How to stop beep each time PC is restart/started?
2) Numlock set to On in Bios but each boot at login screen Numlock is not enabled, what is causing this?
3) BIOS shows CHA_FAN1 in red at 532RPM, CPU fan is white at 2011RPM and CHA_FAN2 white at 918RPM, is this a problem?

One beep on start/restart is normal and usually means all is well,to disable post beeps isn't really a good idea as they can give you an idea of the issue if anything goes wrong.

OK I can live with the bleep and stupid me, the numlock is a registry setting which is sorted. Still concerned about the red fan in the BIOS though, I get a 'humming' from the PC maybe its related?

New PC's can be a bit loud to start with then settle down after a few days,not sure about the fan showing red but if you're worried about it probably best give PCS a call if you don't get an answer here.

seems to be a common problem..... hkey_users\.default\control panel\keyboard
InitialKeyboardIndicators = 2 <- this was set to a spurious number and was switching numlock off at login screen

Turns out the FAN_1 showing red was due to it being enabled for Q-Fan Control, I've never seen this before due to owning an archaic PC for too long!

Problem now.. what can be causing the intermittent humming from the front of my PC any suggestions?
