New PC Spec Please advise.

Hi guys

I am looking to order this pc spec and would appreciate any comments on how well these components go together.

Use is mainly office based and music/films/photos, internet browsing, etc. Am not into gaming but would like a decent system that lasts for a good few years.

The more I look at building my own system, the more confusing it gets! Help Please.

Do I need a good graphics card for films (if not into gaming)?
Is the PSU 450W enough with this spec?
What partition should I ask for with 1TB HDD?

What budget are you working towards? We can the put together a quotation for you to meet your requirements.

My notes on the specification you have put together (based on what you say the PC will be used for) are;

- Graphics Card too powerful
- PSU too powerful
- Win 7 Pro, do you really need it?
- Partitions is down to how you like your data/work organised.

If you're only looking to watch films/browse the web/emails/documents, etc, you will be fine with integrated graphics - you do not need to shell out extra for an expensive graphics card.

Most customers also do not need Windows 7 Professional, compare the differences here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/compare

You do not need a PCI Express wireless card - these are only listed for customers who fill up all their available PCI slots first.
