New PC specs help

I recently bought my PC but I'm looking to amend it to the following specifications soon - I will be using the computer for gaming, streaming and recording gaming videos. The main question I have is whether the processor cooling is good enough as I'm not too aware of which cooling system is good. Also if there are any other issues or any advice you have then please let me know!

I don't quite understand what you mean. Is this a new build that you're going to be ordering from PCS? Or is this a system that you want to do upgrades for?

I wouldn't go for the triple 1080p setup: for your budget I'd go for 1440p ultrawide UWQHD instead; for example, the AOC CU34G2X/BK.

Right now my PC is in the pre-production stage - but I was considering amending the order to the above specs :) Thanks for your help!

This is where I'd take the build, change to a present gen cpu, down grade the motherboard accordingly, change to the 2070 Ti, even with those 3 1080p you aren't going to make use of a 3080, in fact at this budget I'd be looking sat dropping those 1080p and putting a nice 1440p ultrawide on the end of this, I've also upgraded the case and cooling, and changed the storage.

Based on current trends (PCs going into building on WD 22), and next Tuesday being my 22nd WD, is it likely that I will receive my new PC next week?

It really does depend on what components you have specced. Post your spec here and people will be able to take a rough guess on how quickly it might be.
