New photo editing machine

I'm using an Asus U36JC currently and external monitors for accurate colour display.

Unfortunately, the monitors are neither portable nor use IPS panels - the colour is decent at 98% sRGB, but viewing angles make that accuracy moot.

I'm looking to replace the Asus with probably a 15" machine to do editing on the go - trouble is, I don't have much information about the quality of the panel on offer as the IPS option. I was thinking of starting with the Cosmos II or the 13" Optimus V (it has a QHD 3200x1800 IPS panel).

Any help greatly appreciated.

Bump.

Are these forums monitored by PCSpecialist staff? If someone can provide the model of IPS panel the aforementioned machines use I'd be grateful.

I read somewhere that despite it being IPS, the sRGB value was about 64% which is sadly quite poor.

PCS staff do try to keep an eye on things when they have time, but the forums are not an official channel for support and not all posts may be seen by PCS staff, so your best bet would be to phone (for quickest response) or email them.
