New rig getting blue screen of death in game mode

Getting it all too regularly playing max payne 3. My order number is 457702. On system mechanic under monitor drive status it has a warning bar (SSD) drive. I'm only getting temperatures of 29 degrees cent though. Here's the blue screen data I'm getting. Anyone any ideas as it is becoming deeply frustrating.

Is it only when you play Max Payne 3, or does it happen with other games too?
If other games play fine, my first thoughts would be a faulty installation of the game.

Also if you could let us know what your PC spec is (since only Admins of the forums work for PCS, the rest of us have no idea what is in your machine).

I get tons of crashing with max Payne 3 (form the baseball stadium onwards) - but i don't get blue screens , it just literally shuts its self down with no error dialogue at all , just simply back to the desktop , they did patch it not so long ago , was hoping that it would fix it - but evidently not.

What is your CPU and CPU speed?

When i first got my PC i got LOADS of blue screens with my 2600K @4.60GHz i turned down to 4.20GHZ i almost never get bluescreens now.

Update your bios, i had to do it to get certain games running on my PC

You know what I think that's done it by jingle. Took me a while trying to get the bios update. Ended up installing from sabertooth multimedia disc suite and then downloading the file and choosing download from file as all other methods failed. Touch wood though no BSOD since!
