New Valeon 17" Images and Review

I have had my Valeon for a week or so now. Ryzen 9 5900HX, RTX 3080, 32gig ram.

I can easily say this is the best laptop purchase I have made (and I have owned an Alienware with a Quadro in the far past).

Firstly, my experience with PC Specialist was excellent, they were quick to respond to queries, communication was clear, delivery was timely and everything was well packaged. Unsure why they don't install the audio software and you have to do that yourself (please do, in the downloads section). Also thanks to the forum members who have offered help, especially @barlew for suggesting changes to the original build.

Everything I have thrown at it (e.g. large Photoshop files, 3D software, Red Dead 2, FF7 Remake), it has eaten for lunch with barely a frame drop.

The hinge being in the middle of the monitor isn't ideal but it feels very sturdy and the build of the chassis feels great. The huge touchpad is weird but I never use them as I find they uncomfortable (and I think people who buy external ones to use are aliens who I will never understand).

All in all would highly recommend!
