New vyper II wifi problem

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone could help.

I bought a Vyper II laptop that I received yesterday and I am having problems with it already.
I can connect to WiFi but any games I try to connect to don't work. I have tried Black Desert Online, Phantasy Star Online 2, and SWTOR. All games do not connect but I can connect on my desktop computer. I have tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them and netsh socket reset in cmd. I can connect to the internet download browser ect I have also Google's this problem and have had no luck. The wifi card is a Intel ax200.

When you launched the games did you get prompted to set Windows Firewall rules, with a window looking like this:

If you search for Network Status, open that, then go to "change connection properties" and make sure it's set to private network:

Hey sorry to reopen a thread. I finally traveled home and when I connected to my wifi there I have the same problem but the private network fix doesn't work for it.
