New Windows 10 install help

My new PCS PC will be arriving tomorrow morning and I will be putting on my own windows 10 from a USB boot. Now as I've never done this before it would be nice to get some advice from those of you have more experience on how to do this, and the most efficient way to do it.

Also would I have to uninstall the windows 10 already on the PC as it was just used to test it and wouldn't be mine. Specs are posted below for those that need the information on my storage space as I've als9 heard I should remove one of them to make sure windows installs correctly.

Download a new copy of Windows using the Media Creation Tool to an 8GB (min) USB.
Boot that USB and choose a Custom Install.
Delete all UEFI partitions on the system drive (EFI System, Recovery, MSR Reserved, Primary).
Select the unallocated space that results and click the Next button. The installer will create the correct partitions and install Windows.
Run Windows Update repeatedly, even across reboots, until no more updates are found.
You may need/want to download and install the latest graphics driver from the Nvidia/AMD website (they change so regularly the latest version isn't always in the Windows libraries).

Already got my copy of Win10 on a USB, it's more the getting it on the PC part, should I plug it in first load up? Or not? And how do I get to see the UEFI partitions? Never done this before so not sure what I'll be looking for.

put the USB in to pc, when you boot, hit f2 and go to the boot order and set it to boot from the USB, save and exit, it will now boot into the install wizard, select the custom install and all the partitions will show up, delete all the ones on the drive you're going to use as the boot drive and follow the above instructions

Thanks for the help! And just for clarification, should I plug in the USB before I turn it on for the first time and boot from it? Or should I turn it on, let it run and then turn it off and plug in the USB?
