Nework adapter problems

Hello all
My Laptop is currently unable to connect to the internet at the moment. It seemed to have stopped working over night, while the computer was shutdown.
It suggests that I should try to update the drivers but I do not know how to do this without internet access?
Both wireless and Ethernet connections are not working, although it can still see available connections.

Try installing driver from disk provided especially If anything is showing amiss in device manager,
failing that try unplugging your router for a minute then retry.
