So my employer got this laptop model from PCSpecialist and now we need to have more monitors connected to it. It has 1 HDMI output and 1 Type C output but I'm pretty sure this laptop does not have Thunderbolt so it has no image output on the Type C connector. So This has left we with the option of the USB 3.2 Type A connector or the Type A 3.1 connector.

Could I use USB 3.2 Type A connector to HDMI to get an output on another monitor? I've nevere used one before and not sure if that will work.

Are my suspisions about the Type C connector not being able to display the output correct?

Thanks.

No seeing that none of us work for PCS and that type of info is of no use, the best thing to do is get an authorised person from your companies IT department to contact t PCS directly

yes, your IT or whoever created tge purchase order would need to put forward a support request, but being IT they should be able to resolve it themselves.
