Are you sure it's enabled? There's usually a keyboard shortcut.

really? i dont see any icons on my keyboard for my cam
(also apologies for late reply, been busy)
It may be in control center also, but there's normally a Function key combo on almost all laptops, or a physical slider on the camera itself.

The Fn keys on the recoil don't have that one unfortunately. And, doubly unfortunately, Tonfang manuals are no more useful than a chocolate fireguard. Far as I can tell, there are no keyboard shortcuts etc to get it working, it just should work.

OP: Is the webcam status light on? Should be next to the webcam?

Regarding drivers: In your account on the main website, there is a download button under tech support which will list any drivers:

light is off... although i thought that is on only if i the cam is being used?

Let's go back a few steps....

Has the camera ever worked? If so, what changed to stop it working?
(apologies for no replies been hella busy)
it DID work, used it to test streaming and stuff... as for when it stopped working... who knows... although i am thinking if perhaps i didnt disable it in drivers or something... but i doubt it. it could be a key combo but i have no idea

In that case I would call PCS and ask them whether there is a key combinations or switch or some other means of disabling the camera...
