No firewall?

I don't seem to have a firewall? It says turned on but it doesnt seem to show up?
Any help would be appreciated.
Ive sent a message to Tech Support waiting on a reply.
Ive looked it up on google and seems to be that it was corrupted on installation.

Has it been like this since you took delivery?
Have you run Windows Update since you took delivery? If not please do so.
Have you installed a third party firewall/antivirus/security tool?

Please open an elevated PowerShell session, enter the command Get-NetFirewallSetting and post a screenshot of the output.
