No signal

Hi, I've just received my pc, I've plugged all the bits in but unfortunately I get the message " no signal" on the monitor.

I reseated RAM sticks and GPU, tried different HDMI cable and a different monitor but the issue persists. Any other solutions? Monitor I use is AOC CU34G2X 34 inches, please find pc specs below.

Are you sure your plugging the monitor into the GPU, also check that you've selected the correct input source on the monitor

A very good point there. I have the same monitor and I believe it defaults to DisplayPort (or at least it did when I first switched mine on).

OP, we’d normally suggest using DP over HDMI anyway, you’re likely to be frame limited with that medium.

Yes, input is set as HDMI 1. Cable is pluged to HDMI on monitor and into GPU as instructed in PCS email
