would this pc be excessively loud or overheat? and will it be able to run most games at a respectable frame rate? and finally, is the difference between the 2400S and the 2500S that much in reference to gaming?

Welcome to our forums :)

Nice, well balanced spec. It won't be louder than any standard PC and the Thermaltake cases are designed for gaming so cooling is well considered. The physical clock speed on the 2500S is about 8% faster than the 2400S.

This specification is very straightforward as the case is not a small as other similar cases and uses standard components. :)
