Nvidia Optimus Drivers

Hi,

Have the optimus III laptop with a 2gb gt555m and an intel i7 2670qm CPU with HD3000 GPU.

Problem that unless is that the last 3 sets of new drivers i've tried dont seem to enable the nvidia gpu to switch to the intel one, so it just runs the nvidia one all the time and i get about 35 mins battery instead of 150 mins.


Something i'm doing wrong?

just to add have updated intel gpu drivers too and on start up on the win7 splash screen its on the intel gpu but as soon as desktop loads it goes to the nvidia gpu.

Forcing all apps in nvidia control panel to use intel gpu doesnt appear to make a difference??
