Octane Series touchpad issues

I received my octane series 17-inch laptop last week. But the touchpad of my laptop doesn't appear to have two finger scrolling. I'm not sure if this isn't an included feature or if it is simply not working. I have tried checking for driver updates but that has not helped. Can anyone help?

Apologies, I have now fixed the issue. I just needed to fully uninstall the device and tick the box to delete drivers before re-installing, I didn't see this checkbox before.

Uninstalling the device and deleting the driver via that checkbox is the wisest way to troubleshoot device driver issues.

There is a more detailed how-to guide in another Thread.
Following this guide solved the issues of the missing gestures support. I ended with Synaptics SMBus TouchPad driver version 19.5.32.62 which works for me.

I hope PCS solves this for new laptops.
