Hello all
I have been looking into changing my home office computer for a while I have been very impressed with the pcs site and the help and advice from the staff and other forum members here.
I need a computer to handle all my work, the usual email internet accounts etc also some not very power hungry specalist software. I also have lots of photos I dont edit much at the moment but this may change in the future. I also have a son who will be pc gaming before long so it would be useful to be able to upgrade in the future.

The questions I have are:
Would I get away with an i3?
Is it a good idea to have a second hard drive for backups,photos & itunes
I dont know enough about graphics cards, is this too much.
The budget is flexible but i dont want to go too much higher.
