Old Vortex III keyboard upgrade

I purchased about 6 months ago the 17" Vortex III which had a non backlit keyboard.

I notice now that the newer versions of this laptop have backlighting and was wondering how much it would cost or if it is at all feasible to have the keyboard replaced with the new backlit one?

Don't think that's possible as the placement of the keys for the vortex 3 is slightly different compared to vortex 2 you have. You should ask pcs directly to clarify that.
