I bought Optimus 5 a few weeks ago and for first 4 days fan was alright. However, then it started making rattling noises and I send an e-mail to PC specialist, but I have not got any response from them for 2 weeks (and it is a big SHAME for them from customer support point of view!). But this rattling noise occurred not very often, so it could really live with it for a while. However, today it started producing much more vibration and as a result it started making a lot of noise as the hole laptop vibrates and makes noise as long as it just stays on the table without soft pads under it.
Almost everything is fine with this PC, but fan is definitely faulty ! It looks like that is is quite easy to change the fan there and I am wondering is it possible to request another fan to fix that problem, without sending laptop to PC specialist and slowing my work considerably (as I am doing a lot of work on it).
