Optimus III cooling and the Vortex III LE Help!

Hey guys, I've placed an order for the Vortex III for around £820.

However I can save almost £200 if I go for the Optimus III with 650M instead. However, I am very worried about the cooling of the Optimus III. I have heard that the Optimus III temps are very high and I dont want to get a laptop cooler as I already have a gaming desktop.

So my two questions are how is the cooling in the Optimus III for anyone that has one?
And do you think I even need a Vortex III when I have a gaming desktop? It will be using it for the odd gaming and bits and bobs.

personally, I don't think mine are too bad, but i've not played any games on it.

If you get a higher end laptop for gaming, you may want a laptop cooler for gaming.

But for general stuff I don't see the need for a laptop cooler, only if the user is sitting with it on their knee and/or in bed.
