Optimus pro/optimus XI temps

Hello,

First of all, sorry for my english, this is not my native language. I'm very interested on the possibility to custom my own laptop and the prices are very cheap compare to factory laptops. However, its difficult to find any information on these laptop, espicially on the optimus pro 15 or the optimus XI.

I want to configure my own laptop with RTX-2060 and Ryzen7-4800 but i'm very affraid of temps issue. I have read that the fans are block to 50% even when the temps are very hot. I know that it possible to put "coolermode" ON but it's very loud apparently.

So I wanted to know if somebody can give me a little review on the temps of these two laptop, especially for the optimus XI which is larger and maybe have a better cooling system.

the two models with serial number 4000 are not yet available in stock on the website, regarding the temperatures, this is a laptop, it will run hot unless you open the case and cool with liquid nitrogen or something like else, The PCspecialist laptops are generally well built and don't overheat, I think you have 30 days to refund your money if you don't like the machine's performance, what do you have to lose?

Thanks for the reply ! I just ordered the Optimus XI 28mm. However, I found nothing about this chassis and the temps. It's very difficult to have any information about it and this is stressful to wait that time (more than two weeks) to realize that this laptop is not what I expect. Do you have any reviews about this laptop or this chassis (with an other seller) ? :)

It’s a brand new laptop so there are no reviews currently.

Oh that explain it. I choose this one compared to the optimus pro because I expect that, with the 28mm, the cooling will be better. Can I expect too that the fan will auto adjust them when running hot (compared to the optimus pro) ? Last question, I saw that 10th gen CPUs can not be undervolt but pcspecialist allow it by the bios, is it correct ? :)

Hi I have exactly the same fan performance question, it does sound like there isn't any information available yet. If you decide to go ahead with yours would you let us know how the fan performs please ?
