As long as you're not expecting an 'off the shelf' service such as you'd get from a High St retailer I don't think you'll be disappointed. Sure there's a bit of a delay as you wait your turn to have your machine assembled but that's the price you pay for a tailored spec machine.
I wanted a relatively portable solution to my desire for an Elite Dangerous platform and I'm happy that was what I received.
