my wife's laptop has started to BSOD at least once a day with the above error. Bluescreenview shows the source to be NTOSKRNL.exe, but I'm not sure what driver is at fault.

I've got the same machine, and both are kept up to date for drivers and windows updates... which does confuse the issue slightly. I'm guessing maybe i've changed a setting she hasn't or vice versa.
any suggestions would be helpful.
