Optimus V Drivers Problem (W350STQ/W370ST)

I've had my laptop now for over a month and though i've been able to get by with missing drivers its never been complete. After scouring the web, nothing has helped. I'm running Windows 7, which is apparently not compatible with the driver disc i was delivered with the laptop, I could instal most drives though, manually. So the main annoyances in question are the Brightness driver (VGA) and the ethernet driver (LAN). Though the USB slots work, there drivers are apparently broken. The camera also doesn't function along with airplane mode. Any assistance to point to where i can get compatible drivers with Windows 7 would be greatly appreciated. I've tried most driver websites for the ethernet drives but with no success. Thank you
Chuck
P.S
If anyone has a way of making the fan be more constant and quieter then the current silence and then full throttle would also be helpful

This thread was useful for me, I followed everything said (bar the Intel WiFi stuff, I got a killer wireless card so I got the driver from their site), and didn't have any problems.

If you have any brightness issues after this (a few people have had issues), you may need to contact PCS and they'll send a bios update I think
And the fan issue is quite common, you can find the thread posted around here, basically Clevo are working on a fix as far as I know.
