Order Dispatched?

my order came into order dispatched around 10am today. PCS have told me my tracking number but unfortunately when I try to track it says
"No tracking details are available for this consignment."

is this normal?

any replies/suggestions would be great.

YEah this is normal, the machine probably will not go out till later on tonight after it has been tracked into the system once i.e. ithe pick up van then tracking information should be available.

Yeah its normal, you might not be able to view tracking information until around 1800 this evening

You should get an email/text tomorrow detailing its delivery time/details so you can be in to get it. If you cant access tomorrow morning I'd give PCS a buzz to let them know.

Yes it will only become tracked when scanned into the delivery truck at 4-5pm tonight I suspect. Ether that or when it arrives at the warehouse.

don't worry this is normal, I have had it happen to me on loads of places that are not PCS,
