Order Status

Not really sure where to post this, but i'd like to enquire about the status of order number 372368 ive rung up a few times and been on hold for 30+ mins, finally got through earlier this morning and was told that there was no stock problems and that he would ask his production manager and get back to me, phone/email.

I've had neither so i was wonder if anyone at PCS on the forums knew since its been ordered since the 3rd of jan and is still in pre production, whether this is normal or not i dont know, just some clarification would be nice.

Earlier today a task was added to the order to ensure it is built and dispatched without further delay.
