Ordering PC without Operating System

Hi all,

I am about to buy a new PC, and have Windows 7 Home Premium from a previous install.

Am I correct in thinking that I can install this on my new PC without any new problems? I just select the NO OPERATING SYSTEM REQUIRED option?

If it's a retail version you can install it on any one computer at a time,if it's OEM it will be tied to the computer it came with.

Thanks. It's "Full Version", with no mention of OEM, so should be OK.

Just check before you order, click control panel, then system and security, finally click system. Your product ID is near the bottom. After the first 5 number you will either have 3 digits (retail) or OEM. I ordered without an OS, PCS do leave an unactivated copy on from testing. I just formatted the disk and installed my copy, a doddle.
