Lately I have been overclocking GPU, I doing this thru After Burner and every single time I have started my computer back up I notice that the settings that I had originally put are all back to default which makes me do the process over and over again

the -K in a CPU's name e.g. i5 7600k means it has an unlocked multiplier. i.e. it's overclockable. A CPU without the k in the name e.g. i5 7400 has a locked multiplier. There can be ways to OC it a bit I believe, but it's basically not worth the effort for the limited gains, hassle, and potential issues with bclk overclocking

As above, we can't advise in detail. But it sounds like you're trying to OC a system that isn't meant to be OCed.
