In my experience they OCuk are right cowboys, they sold me a faulty fan controller, then ignored numerous emails, denied it was faulty a number of times. They only setup an RMA after I told them I had called consumer direct and was soon going to call trading standards.

They take ya money pretty fast and ship out ya product fast too. But when something goes wrong, they give no support at all!
