I was wandering a few things;

-If I did overclock, how would I underclock (If such a thing even exists)
-Is it safe depending on my specs (Is my airflow good, what about my power)
-What happens to my 1 year silver warranty if I overclock via AI Suite II

Sorry if some of these questions are really stupid, I'm still learning about computers.

Thanks in advance.

1) You could disable the overclock going to bios, you could try saving your overclock settings (probably it is already saved) and seek help from PCS technical support on how to go back to stock clock speed or look at how you go to default settings.
2) From the details posted it seems you purchased an overclocked system from PCS so it should be fine.
3) Your warranty will be voided if you cause a damage to the computer but I have used asus suite and I have never experienced an issue
I am just curious why you want to go back to stock clock speed, why did you get the overclocked system?

If you bought an overclocked system from PCS then your PC should already be overclocked :) (running at 4.6GHz under full CPU load)
Cant speak for the airflow specifically (but PCS normally seem to do a great job of cable management), the H40 is a good cooler and you should have no problems running with your current overclock but if you were to try and push it higher I would keep a close eye on your temps to make sure you don't overheat the CPU.
I think if you overclock yourself and don't damage anything your warranty is still valid although I'd contact PCS in advance to get an official response on that.

Note I am purely talking here about overclocking the CPU, if you try to overclock the GPU I believe it will invalidate the warranty for the GPU.

I was just curious, I was considering overclocking but I was afraid I would mess up, thus ending my warranty and breaking my PC. But Asus suite seems pretty safe, thanks for clearing these things up :)

If you were to give it a go yourself just keep an eye on your temps and you cant go too far wrong :)
