Your thoughts on this setup please

I will use this laptop mainly for intensive use of several MS Office programmes at the same time, lots of web surfing, watching video's, using music writing programm, Photoshop & other Adobe applications and now and then I would like to game (BF3, Rust, Civ5, Maybe BF4...). (Ofcourse, gaming is the least important thing I want to do with my laptop)
I don't like waiting a lot for booting or loading applications. I love good sound and image quality.
I plan on using an external screen and mouse/keyboard combination when I'm at home.
