Hi there,
Welcome to the forums!
Not a bad spec attempt at all, but there are a few areas for improvement.

What is your budget?
Any uses besides gaming?
What monitor are you using this with?

Very good efforts mate, this is where I'd go with your budget and I'd aim for a 1440p 144Hz IPS monitor to suit around 27"

Hi thanks for this I just want to ask do I not need a storage drive I’m new to this so I’m not too sure and also if I was to get a 240hz would there be a problem or Is the 144 the better option

The GPU has to be capable of providing those frames and sure the 3060Ti could output 240Hz at 1080p in some titles but it can do 1440p 144hz which would be a far far greater experience for yourself. Depends on what exactly you are doing?

So so so few people can even tell the difference on anything above 144hz that's it's rarely worth going higher. Unless your are at the tip top of your game playing in tournaments for very large amounts of money there really isn't a need for 240Hz

As for the storage drives that build has two, one 500GB for your OS/boot drive. This is where the operating system will be installed, the idea is to not go over 50% capacity on this drive to ensure it's always running optimally. Then a second 1TB drive for all your storage, you can fill this up as much as you like

Overkill on a PSU is a good thing, you don't power what you have now you power for what you might need in future. New GPU's are drawing crazy power so you will need it when it comes time to upgrade the GPU

costs less to overshoot on the PSU than it will a couple years down the line when you need to buy a GPU instead of having to buy a PSU and GPU then go through the whole installation process
