I am looking for advice on a desktop or laptop build that can undertake 3D rendering with Agisoft software and not take several days, Photo editing, aswell as the odd high spec game such as Call of Duty. I have been playing around with high spec builds but sometimes feel putting the top spec is probably a waste if I will not use it to its full advantage.

Whats your budget, what other uses will you have for it?

Budget isn't too high I'd say maybe 1.5k at most I think and other uses would be streaming videos multiple screens, AutoCad. But mostly rendering 3d images by processing 100s of photographs.

I want it to be a pretty quick on the processing but also for general home PC uses as well as gaming.

Have you got a current windows license you can carry over? Can be any windows 10, 7 or 8 license.

Otherwise the cheapest I can get something that's worthwhile is £1600, wouldn't want to cut it any lower than that. This is the lowest I'd go, remove windows license if you don't need it:

Just as a further, to give you some idea of how nuts things are at the moment, in normal times, you'd be able to cram in an RTX 3070 and X570 board into that same build, prices are just stupidly high at the moment.

Thanks for the build. I would need Windows 10. Also would it be easy to upgrade later on or be able to add more Ram if needed
